Early Entry?

Alright I am going to Cedar Point on Tuesday June 24th and staying overnight and going back into the park on Wednesday June 25th. Our original plan was to use the buy one get one free starlight tickets on the first day from the getaway guide, but the guide doesn't offer that this year. So we figured we would just go in 2 full days since it will be only about 12 dollars more for 12 hours in the park against only 5 hours in the park. I was wondering about the early entry availability. Im going to be checking into the hotel on the 24th and check in isnt until 4. Can you still go early that day and get early entry for that day and get it for the following day as well even though your only staying the 1 night????

Yes, but you need to go to the hotel before going to the park. They will "check you in" (ie put you in the computer system, but not give you your room keys until later and if you wish they will store your luggage) and then give you the pass.

Or they will give you your keys and let you go to your room right then, if it is available.

does anyone know how long it takes them to give you your early entry pass??

It depends how many other people are waiting in line. After you get to the counter, it should not take very long.
