Drop Offs

I will be coming up to CP this weekend, on 10-19. However, my husband has to work and can't come with me. We got a hotel room just off the Causeway, so he can drop me off and pick me up. We don't want to pay for parking, cause he isn't staying and I am not parking a car, and I don't want to get dropped of at the parking lot gate and have to walk all the way to the front of the park, then through the park. Anyone have any suggestions or ideas as to what we could do? What we need to tell the parking lot staff? How about going to Famous Dave's? How do you get in there without paying for CP parking?

If the hotel "just off the causeway" is Breakers Express, just show your white dashboard pass and they wave you through.

Or pay $15, or buy a Platinum pass, or since you're stag, hit on some college guys to ride in with them. What could go wrong?

Or, you can tell them you're dropping off and pay the causeway toll.
