To be more specific he meant the Sunset Red train. And while I'm at it: Black Cherry, Indy Green, Cobalt Blue, and Sunshine Yellow.

You forgot about Purple. Ha ha I got you now. You're not official anymore. lol :-)

It's Fluorescent Purple.....SO THERE, I claim my title again from you.:)
I don't like that train anyway. Not many people know that, but yes.....I actually dislike that train.:D

I thought everyone hated Sunshine Yellow (Gold)

I dont mind Sunshine Yellow too much. I call it the mustard train instead. I wish there was a silver and/or Jet Black train to replace the 2.:)

Today, I put on my Deep Ocean Blue polo, with my Sahara Desert khaki pants.... Not to mention my Hershey Chocolate Brown shoes...
Ripcord Crew 2002 / MF Crew 2004
You guy crack me up! It like listening to my father in law who is a retired painter! The sky today is a smoky gray with a hint of charcoal.
Life is like a rollercoaster! It is full of ups and downs
What's wrong with the purple train? That's my favourite colour. When I get the gonads to actually ride this, I'm hoping it'll be on the purple train.
Having said that, how do you break your fear of going UP on this? The launch doesn't scare me, I love launched coasters but have always had a fear of going UP...and that tower doesn't do much to quell that fear. I've ridden every coaster in this park (well, not Wildcat) but have yet to conquer Dragster and WANT to.
I discovered last year on WT that I strongly dislike laying flat on my back staring up at the sky-but it didn't bother me enough to NOT ride WT....but it does prevent me from getting on Dragster :((
They're proper nouns Millenniumfan....no need for the "the"s in front of their names.:)
^^I just think it's one of the more "out of place" colors in terms of the drag racing theme........that's just my own opinion however. I still think a black or silver would look better.:)
And as for your fear. As long as you don't mind the launch then the rest will be over before you know it. Unlike WT where you go up the same tower 4 times, you obviously only go over Dragsters tower once after you launch (unless you rollback). It may look intimidating but you will not be able to tell how high you are once you're at the top. And then it's over as quickly as it started.
I can personally guarantee you'll love the experience. And if not I'll refund your purchase price. ;)lol
I've helped MANY people (young and old) who were PETRIFIED about riding Dragster get past their fears and ride it. All of them have thoroughly enjoyed the ride. And I know you will too.:)

A black train would be sweet.
I'll let you know how I make out-will be at the Point the 17-24 of August. Love standing there watching it and think if they can do it, I can too but at the last minute I think "Naa, time to go ride Millie." LOL!
I'm sure it's the initial fear of going up that freaks me out. If I can get on it, I'm sure as soon as the train unloads, I'll be running back around to do it again.
^You definitely will! However, the more you ride the more "looking around" you'll be able to do as you have a better idea of what to expect from the ride, and looking over the side of the train from the top hat is definitely very cool and seems a lot higher than looking over the side of MF's trains at the very top (which always freaks out nearby riders when I do it!).
But like everything, drugs (which I don't do), sex, etc., the more you do it, the more regular of a thing it really becomes. I'm actually sort of frustrated that while rides are still bales of fun, nothing scares me anymore.
I have the same problem. I wish I still got scared! That used to be the best part, but now its just "blah".
Let's Get Weird.
^ Ride sling shot at Kings island...It's a "scare" ride, you will get nervous, not a "blah" ride, a ride where you can shout when really scared, not shouting to pretend to be scared like I do on rides like MF, TTD, mav, and more.
I have done it twice this year. It didn't scare me at all. I was just trying to flip it as much as possible.
Let's Get Weird.
I dare anyone to try the back seat on Cyclopes at Mt Olympus. I have yet to ride it, but I've heard some terrifying stories. It sounds fun and dangerous.:)
