I'm pretty sure thats not condsidered line jumping if you are outside the queue. We've done that a lot and have never been yelled at.

If there is a line, and you enter it in front of other people, that is called line jumping. If you were waiting for food and someone jumped to the front ahead of everyone, thats called line-jumping, or cutting, even though there is no queue.

What if they get in line with you, but say 10 minutes later want to go ride Corkscrew, PT, or Magnum. I'm guessing that's still considered line jumping.

This is what the officer told the girl I was Pissed off at in the Mean Streak line at Coastermania.

"If there is a line anywhere, even for the bathrooms and you go ahead of someone regardless if you were there before or not. You are line jumping and I reserve the right to kick you out of this park."

See, I love dragster. It's a great ride.

I'm not obsessive compulsive enough to wait in line for 2 hours for it or go running across the park to get on it if I see that it re-opens after some down time. I won't even wait for it if the 2nd set of queues is open. I've been on it enough times that I'm not missing out on anything, and I'd rather go have fun watching shows or playing ThunderBowl.

Then again, I won't wait for ANY ride at CP if the line is more than about 30-40 minutes. The exceptions being if i'm there with someone who's never been on those rides, or sometimes I'll wait an hour for something like MF at the end of the night.

Haha - if you were obsessive compulsive, wouldn't you have to go brush your teeth or wash your hands or something weird like that several times during those two hours? ;)

Well, that used to be the case. Lucky for us some genius invented portable hand sanitizer :).
