Dragster added to Cedarpoint.com banner

In case you haven't seen it yet, Dragster has been added to the top banner at cedarpoint.com - now rather than MF being animated, it is Dragster. Looks awesome!

Cool, I have been wondering how long it would take them to add that in. Just wonder what the night time version will look like.

They should have MF animated also. I was thinking the new TTD would be more on the left side of MF then the right side

Yeah they are a little off on location but I think they did it on purpose or else it would be blocked by Millie.

I think it's a shame that they can only keep one ride running at a time. Is the banner being run by Six Flags or something? :)

That's cool. Did anyone notice that TTD seems to move, a little, after the train finishes the ride. I also wonder how it will look at night. I guess what the banner shows of it at night could give us an idea, huh. It is too bad they can't have both TTD & MF going at the same time, oh well.

That would be kinda cool if they had not only Millennium Force and Dragster animated but also some of the other rides on the banner. I was also hoping they would animate the drag racing lights on the tower. But I don't know if they would be able to fit the lights on the drawing.

That was a really funny one RideMan, I need to be able to come up with good ones like that. Six Flags sucks like that though.

Yeah, TTD does seem to move a little after it is done, but I think the track gradually gets bolder until the end when it thins down again.

I wonder why they didn't animate both. If you look (http://www.cedarpoint.com/_cpmap/images/topgraphic/TTDanimated_day.gif), the animated gif that includes TTD also includes MF. Probably a matter of timing, although they could have done two TTD cycles to one MF cycle in the animation.

I wonder if that will affect the fun lights that were on Millennium Force during the "nighttime" version of the banner? I always thought that was so cool because it reflected in the water.

Well its almost 8 o'clock and they dont have the night time version on so maybe they wont have a night one until they have one made with Top Thrill Dragster in it. Just A Thought.

EDIT: They jus switched it to a night version. Looks VERY nice.

I think they should have Wicked Twister,MF,andTTD running... Thad be AWSOME!!!!

What time does the night time version usually come on? I don't usually go to CP.com since I can come here to see what the latest is.

It turned to night mode at 8 PM. TTD looks the same as day mode. The train is yellow though. I wonder if this is how the ride will look at night. I don't know, but it does look cool now too, in night mode

It doesn't have anything special on the nighttime banner. It's nothing like the MF's colored lights. Also the lights do not change anymore on MF.

Ehh, they should of kept MF, and Dragster running on the banner. There is just nothing specile with it at night. Not like it really matters though.
