Does anyone know what happened with TTD on Sunday? The ride had been running great all day until we were in line at about 2:30 PM. It had one of it's trademark breakdowns which they announced was going to be a lengthly one. We started at the back of the line and when everyone started to leave we ended up on the ramp to the loading station. As we were moving up I noticed that they were working on the blue train in the unloading section. They were working right in between the next to last car and the last car. After about 1.5 hrs. we noticed that they were gathering up their equipment and it looked like they were finished when one maint. guy got on the control booth phone. GOOD SIGN! At that point they proceeded to move the trains on "manual" and one by one started to transfer the trains over to the storage track. NOT A GOOD SIGN! All the while the blue train that they were working on never moved even after they tried to push it. I have sat through many a breakdown on TTD but I had never seen them pull off all the trains like that. It indicated to me that they were done for the day however they made no announcement. I did not stay around the park for they rest of the day so I don't know what happened after that. Anyone out there have any info about this?

We were there Sunday as well and noticed the same thing with all the trains being taken off. Luckily we got a ride before she went down.

Did they get her back up and running? I'd hate to see another fall like 05 (?) when she was down for the rest of the season.

Thanks!

No, it wasn't that serious. It was running just fine yesterday.

It did finally open up on Sunday night, after the park had already closed, according to the comments in this Trip Report.

From what I heard, it had something to do with a bent brake fin. That's why the blue train was stuck in hold 1.

I was also in line, and finally left after making it up to the ramp. When I saw them finally transferring trains off, I knew it wasn't looking good. I ended up leaving the park around 5pm.
