Dormitory Bathrooms

I'm not sure if anyone has asked about this yet, but I've looked through quite a few posts and haven't seen anything on it.
What are the bathrooms like in the dorms in terms of privacy? I'm a girl, and I'm not sure which dorms I'll be staying in, but I'm a very shy person so I was curious.

All of the dorm bathrooms are pretty much the same. There are shower stalls, bathroom stalls and a row of sinks. There is also a wall with a huge mirror and a shelf for hair/makeup supplies. It's very easy to keep your privacy in a dorm bathroom. I do suggest getting to know the cleaning schedule. A lot of times the bathroom I preferred would be getting cleaned when I wanted to get ready. In the 1500s at least, there are two bathrooms per wing and one is bigger than the other. I've heard that some bathrooms are pretty nasty. Maybe I have just had good luck picking stalls, but for the most part it's no worse than a college dorm bathroom.

Thanks. I've never seen any type of dorm bathroom, so I was kind of nervous about it, but I feel a bit better now. :)

The bathrooms aren't bad, the 1500 bathrooms last summer were cleaner than the bathrooms in my dorm this year.

How is the water pressure in the showers? haha I know it's a weird question, but it's something people wanna know but don't think to ask!

Water pressure isn't bad, temperature didn't seem to be much of a problem unless it was in the morning.

I agree with jenrose, the showers in commons were way better then the showers I had in my college dorm. There are some showers that have crappy water pressure, while others are fine. It's pretty much trial and error. If you have one that has bad pressure one day, just don't use that shower. haha.

i personally despise the public restroom deal. i know its what has to be this way but it is nasty
