Dorm rates

About how much of your money that you earn at the point goes towards living quarters. For those living in dorms.

Well, from about May to August, I've had about $200 taken out for housing in total.

To live in the off-point dorms, it costs 31.20 a week. The on-point dorms are about 16.00 a week. If your check is small, like under $200 or something, then they will not take out that much for your room, but will base the amount on how much you made. But I don't know what the actual percentage is.

And yes, they take it out of your check each week :)

Which site/dorm do you recomend?

Or are they all about the same when you get down to it.

I would definately recommend the commons dorms, the air conditioning is SO NICE after a long hot day of work. Just don't get stuck with a foreigner that likes to turn the heat on during the 90 degree days.

My room mate really put a damper on my summer. Her and her boyfriend were constantly yelling at me and my other room mate, but she eventually moved out...

If you get good room mates or plan on living with friends it doesnt really matter where you live you'll have a blast...
