HAHA, great. What are trying to bring in?? Most things are allowed. Just keep in mind, you never are living alone. You will have roommates. And if you bring something considered 'bad', it's bound to lead to a search. Either because a narc turns you in (people love drama!), or just because you think they wont figure out you like to do illegal stuff.

Just an example...Every year I see people who walk in and say, I'll smoke my pot during my free time. But one of 2 things happens every time, actually most of the time both happen. First is the room will be searched the second they suspect anything. Second is you, and your entire room or apartment will mysteriously all be selected for 'random' drug tests the following day. Making you, If your the lone wolf, not liked very much.

Not saying that's what your aiming at, but always remember privacy is out the window when you have roommates. And if you think you shouldn't bring it, don't. And leave it at home. And you'll have the time of your life.

The above post is correct... they will only search your room if they suspect anything, or if you act like an idiot. On a random note, yes, microwaves are allowed in the dorms, however they have to be 700 watts or less.
