Does anyone really know what is in store for 2002?

Does anyone really know what Cedar Point has in store for 2002?

Of course they do... just not anyone you'll find here.

Well, almost not anyone.

Isn't Disney World a people trap run by a mouse?

Can I be curious for a minute?  Why not tell?  I know you say those who tell don't know, etc...   Just wondering why not.  Is it a contact sort of thing where you don't want to get noone in trouble?

Thanks...

I think its like if you want to stay  "in the know" you have to stay quiet.

"You wouldn't beleive me if I told you!"

What Dan said.

There are actually a good few here who know...

Think of it this way.  If someone tells you a secret, do you think they will ever trust you again if you tell the rest of the world.

More importantly than that, right now the park is probably planning a big media presentation which could potentially be ruined if the truth slips out early.  This could mean a lot of money down the drain and also allow the competition to try to match it.  There occasionally are last minute decisions made out of competition in the amusement industry.  Things like that can hurt a park and I don't think any of us would want to do that to Cedar Point.

I really should be working...

I bet there are a lot who know but nobody knows who else knows.

ooh, nice text editing feature!  (finally got on a computer that had explorer)

When they are ready to announce whatever they are doing I hope they actually announce what they are doing unlike other parks in Ohio.

mikey..greetings from visiting family in Toronto :)

Don't worry and make the summer go by that faster. Just stay tuned into GTTP and CoasterBuzz.com. The second they make an official press release, you'll see it here first. Nothing gets by these boards :)

C'mon Jeff or anyone, give us a hint. There's nothing to talk about. With parks starting to announce new rides for next year, we are chomping at the bit.
Of courrse people know. They won't tell.

I think it's funny that no one (that has posted) has picked up on the hints in this thread so far...
This is my first time on here. I have been to a couple of websites and they say that their next ride will be a Thrust Air type coaster. Is that right? And if you can't tell me that, then tell me
