Yeah I remember my manager from past years that I called earlier this month said that they'd start the first of february I know they are starting to look at applications mine was looked at today by said manager and a couple of other people...lol I'm not impatient or anything but I'm out in Wyoming and I'm going back for Set up and I want to make sure my plans are still correct lol so yeah I can't wait till next week.

But true people give them time. Even as a past employee in supervision who's going back earlier than most I know it could take a bit for calls to be made. But I am happy that it will start soon...

WAIIT. so my friend got an email today ALSO from a lady and he called me to tell me and ask if i did. i applied earlier then he did and have not received a letter.

now, a matt reviewed mine and i emailed him today asking if he need more info, but im SO nervous cuz i am already buying my dorm stuff.

i want to work there so bad ill cry. ahahaha

yes that definitely seemed scatterbrained.

so im assuming i shouldnt have anything to worry about if i hadnt heard anything yet?! i told them id work before season opens til after it closes.

Karrah Yearage is the Assistant Rides Manager and this year CP went to three Areas instead of two. This means there was a gap to fill, Karrah. Steve (area 3) and Debra (area 1) dont email everyone before they call, at least ive never herd them doing that. Karrah has her own way of doing things, so just because you didnt get an email or call doesnt mean anything. Maybe you will be in the front or back instead of the middle. :-)

All I know is I want to be in the old "zone 4" preferrably on the train! But if they wish to put me somewhere else, I hope it is either Magnum, Sky Hawk or Millenium Force.

I gotta email from Karrah on Friday askin me when could she call me for a phone interview. I emailed her right back and told her on monday and she emailed me on saturday and told me she would call me at 10:30 on monday mornin'. Hopefully, I'll get a coaster.

It's usually a 30-45 min interview. So just because she said you'll get a phone call right then doesn't mean you'll get it right then.

Oh, and you won't find out what ride your on in the interview!

But you can certainly try to request one and see if she has any idea where you'll be ;)

And even then you may not be working even that ride. Trust me they'll just throw you where ever they need you especially in the beginning.

I got the job! I'm so excited! I process in may 10th and start opening weekend! Also, Karrah gave me my ride assignment........ Top Thrill Dragster! Good luck to everyone else!
