Do employees go to school?

Perhaps a rereading of the spelling and grammar rules for Guidetothepoint.com is in order. The Employees' Lounge has been impossible to read as of late.

I don't mean to complain, but I would like to participate again.

Perhaps it's a factor of the influx of posts from a certain employee of a children's area who does not seem to comprehend that not every single word has to be capitalized, and it is not taboo to use commas and periods.
