Excuse me if I seem to be coming off absurd, but ugh good riddance to that ugly thing when they finally decide to remove it! There's so much more that could be done with that location. Honestly, all of employee housing is an absolute dump. I don't know what the heck happened these past 2 years, but Commons is just as bad, if not worse than Cedars. All of CP associate housing needs to be raised and redone. It's a shame they didn't do that before building the 1600s building.

Cedars makes a nice buffer between the boat docks and the park, I'll be sad to see it go also.
Since I'm docked over on pier 12 now, I agree with Pete that is does make a nice buffer. If/when the Cedars does come down, I hope they just dont add more parking. I would love to see some green space another pool or something to add some amenities for the dockholders.

Totally agree Steve, a new pool would be very nice. I'm on Pier 14, second boat on the left from the gate. Be sure to stop by for some beer this summer!
I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.
Ill do that Pete. Im second from the end on the right on pier 12. Beer is cold and cheap at the boat.
