I'd think the only reasons CP employees would be strict would be because they have to deal with stupid guest and thats who they remember so they get snappy and strict to everyone.

The only time i defend an employee is when I know they are just screaming to say something they cant say. I say it for them.

Ok guys. I work in Traffic and Tolls. We see all kinds of people. In traffic especially you see how much people really don't care that you are there. You can stand there blowing your whistle and pointing as hard as you can point but they still will not listen to you. Then you have someone approach you and tell you why you made their wife park away from him just because he parked where ever he felt like. It is really hard to not be strict someimtes. You have to be otherwise people will not listen at all to you.

I think, if there is a problem, let the police handle it. That is why they are there and that is what they are paid to do.

I'm there every week alot of times and i see quest sometimes being rude to the workers and i sometimes defend them.
