Alright, I'm in the mood for gttp... So, I was just wondering if anyone could help me...

I have yet to send in my application because I'm still a little confused. My first choice. With a lot of your experiences being ride hosts and such, do you think it's something I should try? When I was younger I always wanted to work at CP and be a ride host, but last year I wasn't old enough. So, I guess I'm confused if I should just stick with merch, or if I should try being a ride op. Anyones two cents would be greatly appreciated!

ya be a ride host- send in ur application-directly to park ops- and call them after the 5th of the year-the more you talk to them the batter your chances are for a coaster-you don;t want to get stck in kiddy kingdom or gca or camp shoot me(i'm sorry i just had to say it) i was lucky durring my 6 six years to work at gemini,mil force and raptor! they meaning park op started to p;ot out next season back in oct-tls and sups have already been picked-

Being a ride host can be challenging. I think one of the number one reasons why people transfer out of rides or picks indoor jobs is because of the crazy weather. Which it also depends (sometimes) if your on a platform or under a roof. Don't forget about the mayflies either hehe... But if you love your job it won't bother yeah as much.

Bein a ride host can be the best and worst expierence of your life. It is pretty much all of what you make of it. Go to cedar point have the expierence of a lifetime and if you don't like well then its something you can always say that you did once.

Question: Should I call them after the 5th, or give them a chance to call me since I want a main coaster as my forst choice?...

The calls that are going out right now are mainly TL and ATL calls. Like the website said.. I'd give them a call after the 5th.
