Daylight Savings Time?

I have my clock settings on here in Eastern and the daylight savings time box checked. Why is it still an hour behind and when will this change?

It is actually called Daylight Saving Time. Also, maXaiRaptor you are lucky. I want some Windows Vista.

:) It's pretty simple, i got it the day it came out. I vote the world bans the mac.

I couldn't agree with you more. I am a big opponent of Apple. I want to get Windows Vista Ultimate, or at least Home Premium. I also would like to get Microsoft Office 2007.

Yeah...I got Vista when it came out too, and love it. But for some reason, I can't watch DVD movies on my PC anymore. I love the gadget panel...I have some strange things on there, like a PC Performance Gauge. :)

lol...the sidebar? i love it! I have my cp weather, new orleans weather and email alert.

Vista doesn't have any DST issues.

XP sp2 should patch automatically
XP sp1 or later needs to download/install the patch
ME/98/later needs to either get with it, or manually fix the issue themselves.

For those Mac users, I'm sure you're just fine. :)
I have a little Apple fanboy in me!

I know, my problem was about the forum, it has nothing to do with my pc. Its the forums, all of the time stamps are an hour behind and I was wondering when the timesamps will catch up with DST. For example the message you just posted showed up at 10:21:21 pm when its clearly 11:21 EST

I realize that and I'm sure Jeff will be on it. For now, we'll have to do that hard thing they like to call math.

Vista is good, but it's no Mac.

Lucky? Microsoft Product? Ugh. This is one of the few times I've had to use one, and it sucks. Vista sounds like a curse.

I'm sorry to hear that.

You two do not know what you are talking about. Microsoft is the best choice. Apple is trying to copy Microsoft and make fun of them. I have Microsoft Windows XP and it still works fine. I would like to get Vista.

Also, I have heard that Office 2007 is A LOT different than my current version of 2003. I still want it.
