CP needs a mega looper! (and a kiddie-woodie)

You park ops. people kill me.
Sure you can take out that parking. When I worked at Disney you should see how far it was from the cast member parking area to the utilidor entrance. We were parked and bussed.

No reason they couldn't do that at the Point.

I agree with you Chief. It will only be a matter of time when that happens.
About how many acres is the employee's parking lot? Can they fit a 150-180 foot dueling woodie theres?
The parking I'm referring to is the full-time employee parking lot behind the fence located behind demon drop and bordering D.T. and the beach. Because of the odd shape of the D.T. building, there is space being wasted there. If (and iknow it's a big if) they were to remove D.T., it would free up a whole of space that would be wasted anyway by putting a looper there (i don't kow about a woodie...you're looking at taking out weekend guest parking if you do that). So, one last time; the parking I have been referring to is full-time parking that would only be MOVED, not RE-moved by a restructuring of the D.T. area after a demolition that I don't see occurring for a VERY long time.
They could easily build a parking garage somewhere else on the peninsula for the seasonal employees, it could even be an underground garage. If Universal Florida can use parking garages for the general public, I'm sure Cedar Point could build parking garages for their employees.

NEW IN 2005! The Underground Employee Parking Garage! The world's largest underground employee parking garage in an amusement park!

Building underground more than a few feet isn't possible because the water table is so high.

I don't know how true it is but an employee told me once that CP was going to build a parking garage to free up lot space for expansion. He was also the first person to tell me that #16 was going to be 425' and 120mph. This was before construction began in August when the first pieces showed near Mean Streak.
