I process in May 1st and would like to room in the common dorms, two others even "claimed" me as their roommate. they come in the 4th and 5th. I seen that the dorms would not open until after I come in. If the dorms aren't open when I move in am I stuck in wherever they place me or is there a way my other roommates could hold me a spot in the dorms? Or what would the process be of going from one place to another?
Also, I'm working at Joe Cools Corner Store: What are the uniforms? Is there a link for a packing list for dorms/job?
Welcome to Merch! The uniform for Joe Cool's Cormer store is the regular merchandise uniforms. This means a purple button up or polo and khaki shorts with white shoes and socks.
The process of moving between dorms is pretty simple. When they open, go to the building's front desk and let them know you want to move in there and if you need to save any spots. They'll give you a key. Once you move all your stuff, just return the key for your old room.
Joe Cool Corner store will also rent strollers, wheelchairs, etc. It's moderately busy (it's not as busy as Park Plaza or Pagoda, but not as slow as the stands / the trail). There are a lot of Snoopy items as well. The shorts do not have pockets.
For packing, take clothes, alarm clock, toiletries, food, lots and lots of socks, bedding / pillows, etc. You must use a watch instead of your cell phone for time. You are aloud a microwave (700 watts or less), mini - fridge (3.5 or less), and a TV. Like any town, there is a Kroger, Walmart, Target, a mall all in town if you forget something or need anything.

My biggest worry was the housing since I really don't want to room with that many people, but I wont complain if I cant move. haha
Does the watches have to look a certain way/style or color?
Watches can be almost any style or color as long as there's nothing offensive and its not super crazy. But I've seen lots of employees with bright,fun colored watches. One warning though, if you have sunglasses, they need to be black, brown or white with non- reflective lenses so that guests can see your eyes. The motto when it comes to grooming is pretty much, keep it simple. :)
