contract dates

I was recently hired and received my online contract today. However, for an end date it has me through September 1st. On my application I had named an earlier date. Do I need to email my supervisor to clear this up beforehand or is this something common that many people can change once they're actually working?

Are you going to school? Sometimes contract dates are changed to an earlier date for school. It's why I can't stay till my birthday.

Definitly call your manager! there shouldnt be a problem getting things straightened out. The managers do a really good job of working with any scheduling issues.

Definitely get those things straightened out before you start. They generally put up a fight if you try to change dates after you've started.
