How many people who live in the employee housing actually bring their computers with them? I want to bring mine, but I want to live in the commons apartments and I'm scared I'm going to end up sharing with 15 people. I'd do it, of course, but I was just curious.
Also, I heard there was internet connections, is it dial up or cable?

Rob--you will end up sharing it--its dial up--it sucks--if you cant live without the internet, bring it...but put it this way--my computers keyboard was blackened by the end of alst year from all the dirty people that used it
Nate
Ooooh, yuck, that doesn't sound good. But I think I'll just deal with it, I have to be able to e-mail my family and friends, plus I do all my banking online. I won't have too much time to get on, I don't think I'll be too assy about sharing.
Maybe everyone will just get frustrated with my slow, sucky computer and not use it! =)

Wouldn't the easiest way to keep pepole off of your computer when you don't want them on it, is to put a passowrd on it?

Well Rob if you don't havew much time--just use CP's ripoff computers...its like a buyck for 8 minutes--and it will average you about 20 to email and bank
Nate
Hmmm..... good ideas.... I think I still might want to bring my computer, even though it might turn out to be a pain. Hopefully everyone in my apartment will play nice and I won't have to put a password on it, but I'll keep it in mind.
It's good to know there's free computers at the library, it might be a little easier to do stuff there sometimes. Thanks!
