Columbus Day

I was planning another trip on Sun Oct 12 and I just found out it is Columbus Day on Mon and Cedar Points hours are longer. Does anyone know from past experiences if the park is usually crowded the day before Columbus Day?

This was discussed in another thread but I don't know which one.

I am also going on Sunday regardless. I am in Canada and Monday is also the Canadian thanksgiving. Remember Canada is only 2 hours from CP so you could see a little crowd from here also.

Some people say it will be busy and some say it wont. I think it will be busier than a usual Sunday but I am still coming.

Look at it this way, it sure as hell going to be less crowded then today, and if it is a bit more crowded, thats not a bad price to pay for the extra two hours and having all the outdoor haunts open.

I too will be there tomorrow.

The hours are longer than all of the other halloweekends, if that tells you anything.....

And if it doesn't tell you anything, I have some contaminated "!" to sell you.

It was busy but we still had a solid time.

I was there last Sunday, it wasn't that bad. It was crowed yeah, but I still got in alot of rides. I would hate to be there today, that parking lot looks like its filled up.
