So yeah. The rest of my family (cousins etc) got there Friday night, but due to booking issues we had to go up Saturday. The only room we could get was a Sandcastle Suite, which I might add was pretty nice but was missing some things (a good TV, for example).
As it was, we didn't even leave the house until like 12:30 because my sister takes forever in the bathroom >=o . I drove all the way there (oh yeah first interstate trip on my permit) and didn't encounter any traffic, so taht was good. Got there around 3:30 - 4ish. Called in to some of my friends that were already there, met them at Mean Streak (my cousin was off eating). We rode Magnum and White Water Landing, both of which were an adventure. Magnum, my friend lost her cell phone, so a ride op got it for us and it was all smashed up! Very very funny. WWL was cold, I don't really know why we did that ><
After that we met up with my cousin, went and rode Power Tower I believe. Good right, bout 10 minute wait IIRC. After that it was kinda late-ish, and the girls had to leave aroud 9, so we decided to hop on Millennium. In the line for that it started raining even more then it already was, and by the time we got to the station it was freezing cold and wet and windy. Made for a very entertaining lift ride to the top - "holy ewpiofajsd it's getting colder every second!!" All in all great ride, had a neat photo and the rain didn't sting as much as I thought it would =p
Since we were in the area we decided to go through Fright Zone. The wind blew away most of the smoke, but it was still great. Three highlights - 1) Me sneaking up behind one of my friends, grabbing her, screaming in her ear and watching her freak out :) 2) Watching a group next to us get scared by a screamster, then seeing a 9 year old come up behind him and yelling "YOUR SISTER IS REALLY UGLY!!!" aand 3) Right near the end, the trash can guy came up from behind us, slammed down the can right in front of us and jumped on it. Really fast and acrobatic, pretty freakin awesome =D
After that (around 11), they left and my cousin went back to the camper, so I hung around with the rest of my family (Mom, Aunt, Uncle, Grandma, Grandpa). We went on Power Tower (both sides) and MaXair, both fun. MaXair I finally got one of the 'money seats' (4 to be exact) and it was a blast.
As of then, the only things I've never done are CarnEVIL, Werewolf Canyon, and RipCord. RipCord eh I'll get it next time, Werewolf Canyon I don't have much interest in (too much of a wait for bad reviews), but CarnEVIL I really wanted to do. So I dragged them all over and away we went. Almost right after getting in, my sister called my mom and wouldn't hang up. This gave me a great oppurtunity to see a screamster, point to her, and laugh my head off when she screams :) One of them even high-fived me after, oh it was great.
The next day came with one goal - TTD. After sleeping in 'till noon and grabbing a donut at Donut Time, we (me and my cousin) walked over. All through the lines they ran ridiculous intervals (in a good way) and we would have gotten on in about a half hour if a) we didn't wait for the front and b) it didn't spit rain occasionally. For the whole time, they were all over the place in terms of speed. Some would rocket over the top, some would barely make it over (it was still windy and cold and rainy that day). When we were about 3 trains to go, one came THISCLOSE to rolling back. It literally stopped at the top, then went over slowly. After that there was a brief (5 min maybe) pause, then every one after that rocketed off, and our hopes of getting a rollback were dashed (or so we thought). When ours finally came up, oh man we went SO SLOW over the top. Bein in the front car and just HANGING over was the most thrilling ride I've ever had EVER at any park. It actually reached a point where we were both yelling GO BACK PLEEASE, it was that close. But, alas, it didn't, and we were on our way.
Had lunch at Macaroni Grill aka Haunted Pizza Buffet thingy. Excellent pizza, I recommend it to anyone. At this point we're all pretty much dead tired, so we decided to call it a day. All in all a great trip, I had a blast, hardly noticed the cold (Cedar Point hoodies are quite insulated :))
As before, sorry for the ridiculously long TR, if I ever go for multiple days, man, it'd take up two pages wouldn't it, hehe.

On Sunday morning, I actually saw TTD do what your car did---stop at the top. I really thought it was going to stay there but it fell backwards.
So, what is the deal with the "money seat" on Maxair? What does that mean?
They say seats 1-10 are the best because they experience the highest points or something like that. Oddly enough, both times I've ridden it were in seat 7.
We'll miss you MrScott and Pete
Yeah I'm not sure, the only difference I really saw was that in the highest swing 'backwards,' I was looking at the Space Spiral upside down, which was kind of cool. Other than that it seemed like just a general maXair ride.
Haha, I guess fate chose us to randomly ride WWL on Saturday :)
