OK, my mom works for a company that owns 7 gas stations and/or conveience stores in my area and the CODE RED drink is selling super fast around here! They are NOT testing it now they did that about 5 or 6 monthes ago, (the largest PEPSI bottling factory in Michigan is right behind my house but they still only have COKE machines at my school!) I wish they would sell Code Red in 2 liters and cans though cause now it is only in 20's and Big Slams! My dad says it tastes like a a fruit drink called "Tahtian Treat?" but I never hear of it so I say it tastes like cherry 7UP.
While we are on the topic of Coke, I heard that they may drop Surge for good because sales are dropping!(HA HA)
Also, Sierra Mist is Lemon Lime Slice in a different can with a different name! (my mom runs a concession stand for our baseball organization here)
And last, WHAT HAPPENED TO JOSTA!!!!? I loved that stuff!

Sierra Mist is NOT the same drink as Lemon Lime Slice. I use to drink slice and liked it. I've had Sierra Mist and don't like it. They are somewhat alike, but mist has more of a stronger lemon taste to it.

Tahitian Treat tastes more like carbonated Hawaiian Punch, Code Red tastes like a combo of Mt. Dew and Hawaiian Punch to me.

I was just looking and comparing the Slice(lemon lime) and the Sierra MIst and the only difference is ONE carb and the Slice has 55mg of Sodium compared to the 35mg of the Sierra Mist!

Mmmmm...mmm! I'm drinking some Code Red right now actually. I got hooked on this stuff with my first taste on a trip to Michigan's Adventure last weekend. My first thought was that it tasted very similar to Tahitian Treat, an old favorite of mine. But the more I drink it, the more I agree that it tastes more like Hawaiian Punch and Mountain Dew mixed together. I'm a Coke person for the most part, but Mt. Dew and Code Red definitely get my approval.
