Coastermania for Employees

I am a ACE member and will be processing in on June 5 and was wondering if I could attend the ERT before and after the park hours for Coastermania? The flyer says that if your a Season Pass holder the event is free so can I present my Employee ID and get into the event for free? I was just wondering if anyone has done that.

If you are an employee. . .and you aren't scheduled to work. . .and you are a member of a coaster club. . .I don't see why you couldn't go.
