No, because on Magnum you get real ERT thanks to its high capacity. I rode that thing 15 times in a row without getting off last year, and it was my best experience of the whole event.
My votes
Magnum, Millennium, Raptor, Dragster
Maxair, Power Tower
I'll be Coasting for Kids on June 9th

Last year I rode jr gemini then magnum once and left I was tired plus I had to get up at 6am for work.
2007 trips=39..08 trips=47..09 trips=79
maverick rides=143
dragster rollbacks=27
I wanted to vote for Magnum four times. :)
I left off Dragster and went for Magnum, MF, Raptor, and Maverick.
Sorry Adam!

It's ok...I know Dragster isn't everyone's favorite.:)
I'll be a bit bummed if Dragster doesn't make the list because the energy at Dragster has just been fantastic the past 2 years. And if she doesn't make the list, that's ok. I'll just do a marathon before the ert to make up for it.:)

Tool Matt. I only voted for Magnum and Maverick. And Skyhawk and Power Tower.
I think that pretty much covers what we rode on Closing Weekend and all that I would like to do ERT on!
Its cool that they got Ron Toomer again. For Magnums 10th in `99 Ron spoke at CoasterMania. It was neat getting to meet him and talk. Very nice man.
I also don't understand how Magnum is an option to pick. It should automatically already be on the ERT list. I mean come on, its the reason there IS a CoasterMania.
Ron Toomer was an interesting speaker in 1999, it will be well worth seeing him this summer. A memorable part of his presentation in 1999 was the Q&A session, where someone asked him if a 300ft coaster is possible. He said he doubted such a machine will be built, given cost and space, etc. After he said that, look what happened the very next summer.
I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.
I wish i could find the wire video of him online somewhere.

I am new to coastermania. How do you become a part of it? I have heard of it, but I don't know how to join it.
Life is like a rollercoaster! It is full of ups and downs
You have to be a part of a Cedar Point-approved roller coaster club in order to attend Coastermania.
btw, How do you register a roller coaster club so they can attend?
I was already scheduled to be camping there that weekend. Yeah me!! I sure hope to meet some of my friends I have met here over the last few months.what is better than roller coasters and a whole lot of beer?

Its 20 bucks for the year, gets you into Coastermania along with the Coasterbuzz outings (BooBuzz at CP, Beastbuzz at KI, and others) plus other events that require you to be a member of a coaster club.
It is well worth it (in my opinion) the only reason I haven't joined is that I never seem to be able to make it to events. But if I am able to, CB will be the one I join.
Goodbye MrScott

I voted for Woodstock Express! ... and Dragster of course.
