CoasterMania! '05

Hubby and I woke up at the crack of 4am to head the Po!nt for my 7th CM. Something about being there at 5:30am with tons of other people that makes the whole thing not seem so insane! :)

High Po!nts: Weather-sun made an appearance now and then but for the most part is was cloudy and not too hot or cold. AM ERT: 2 MF runs and 4 TTD runs. TTD was running AWESOME!! (gasp!) CM lunch as always great. Annual CM GOCC TGIFs get together. PM ERT: A trimless Maggie we took advantage of 6x! Really didn’t want to leave her to head to my baby! My Raptor was WAY flying showing the enthusiasts why Raptor rules the sky (especially at night!) every ride rocked! Meeting up with Hooper, our Disaster Transport ride (Tony, where are you?? ;)) and our MaxAir ride.

Low Po!nts: Was every school in the state of Ohio at the park that day? OMG I have NEVER seen so many kids there! I am quite sure many of their parents have NO clue how their kids dressed (or didn’t dress in some instances) Why do they have to throw F bombs all during their conversation like it is a punctuation? I felt badly for any of the younger kids in the lines being forced to listen. The high point to this was they all pretty much cleared out by 7, then we all had the park to ourselves again! :) Suddenly everything (except for MF and TTD of course) was a walk on.

It was again another Mufflehead-A-Plenty season. They were way worse for CM ‘99 but the little boogers were still a pain most of the day and evening :(

It was yet another awesome CM! It was great hanging with my CP buds again, adding more memories, and the non stop laughs from my PIC Hooper! :) . I could think of no better way for us to celebrate our 1 year anniversary...except for maybe heading to CoasterEXT at Geauga the next day! :)

Jo-I was shocked to see you at Maggie at start of ERT! I told Randy you must have been lost!! :)

It was a fun day as always for CoasterMania! It is always good to see old friends and to meet new ones! But nothing is better then hanging out with the "C.P. Family"! You know who you are! As for trying to find me Jo, when you do please let me know so I can find myself! Lost and looking! :) Until next year's CoasterMania, take care and I will look forward to seeing everyone again real soon!

LuvRaptor - nice trip report for Coastermania. I second the comment about the amount of children in the park. I will also agree that the language was a bit much and the the attire was well...not there. If they were over 18 I would have been ok with it. LOL.

I also met Ralph Wiggum at this event. Nice fellow, very enthusiastic!
