coaster mania/timbers fest

Well not only has it been a long time since I last posted it felt like an eternity since I last got to ride anything, but finally last weekend hit and I was slammed (not that I didn't' enjoy it) smack dab in the middle of coaster mania. It was awesome because the horrible weather kept the crowds down. ERT know to some as EWT (exclusive wait time) was pretty good but I have to say that was the longest I have ever waited for blue streak. The greatest part of that day was waiting in the MF cue when the running of the bulls happened and the look on those kids faces who just ran the fastest that they have ever ran to get no wear.. I know that sounds mean but it was a cool feeling. Then came the normal ridding day and everything went great I mean I think the longest we had to wait for anything was MF and that was only 45 mins. We were dead tired but didn't want to take a nap until after we ate lunch. At lunch I found NOTHING I could eat because I am a vege and everything including the beans had meat in it, that was the only bad thing of that day. After dinner we went and checked into out cottage in lighthouse point I was amazed how nice those things were. After check in we took a 2 hour nap and were off to ride again. We decided to ride magnum before ert cause we knew the lines would be shorter then and it was a walk on. Well that was about it for that day and the second day we did the same :-). Now on to timbers fest.. one word can sum that whole trip up POTENTIAL. I have to say that the best thing to happen to Michigan's adventure is Cedar Fair. That park has so many possibilities and with shivering timbers that park can soar. Well sorry for writing the novels that I always hate reading but I am making up for lost time.

well welcome back stranger!! Had a great time yesterday at timberfest riding with you and Matt!! Sorry we didn't hook up at the water park on sunday but we planned to go til we saw the weather..enjoyed our hotel pool instead and headed home!! anyways Melissa it was fun riding with you guys..cya soon at CP..
