Coaster facelifts

The first picture looks red. A part of the third picture looks orange.

Can we just say it was a reddish orangish color?

Maybe they jsut painted it both colors to confuse the hell outta everyone !! ;)

I saw on old photo of Blue Streak with white-washed railings.  What a gem that one was.

Actually if you look back at the old post cards Blue Streak has been painted several different color troughout the years.

Also if memory serves me correctly didn't Cedar Point keep up with ride repainting better in the past. I dont remember quite as many rust spots or faded paint in the past (80's) as compared to what their is now. Although this could be due to selective memory more than anything else.

Blue Streak first opened with no paint at all. I believe there's a picture of it right outside the station.
