Classes/Training

This is my first job ever and my first year at CP. I have to take the Cornerstone class, Novice training and other classes and was wondering what should I expect?! Thanks

"Get to the Point"

When you arrive for training you sign in & show your ID. Some trainers are strictly no BS and may be short with your group if people are playing around. Otherwise, it's pretty straightforward - pay attention, take a written quiz & turn it in on your way out.
It's a good idea to read the guidelines on your job page and be familiar with the company policies beforehand. The main thing is good service for our guests, and that starts with a good attitude.
