Church

Well I’m a Christan! What about church? Is there any near by we can go to?

Yes, there are churches nearby. Work sometimes will be so stressful for you, you will need a church to refresh you. Here is what I found for you.

They do but you will have to give $1000 before I tell where it is

haha where did they get this guy!?

@tasha13:

Depending on what you care for, New Life Church is about 15 minutes away and seems like a solid, non-denominational church. I'm thinking about checking that out and hopefully it'll work out. I checked out the website and it seems pretty solid. Anyway, yeah, you're not the only one that was worried about that going in.

Here are two other churches worth checking out:

that would be nice! thanks!

They used to have non denominational church services on the beach (by Ocean Motion) back in the '90's and it was very nice. Different pastors/priests/reverends/etc from NW Ohio churches would visit each week. After services, they would host a 'meet n' greet' with donuts and coffee.

I'm what I like to call a 'recovering Catholic" and I actually got a LOT out of these services and looked forward to hearing the sermons, enjoying the communal environment, etc. Plus a few people from my old congregation would make 'appearances' and it was nice to re-connect with them.

hope they have a westboro baptist church. need to meet more people like this...

In Breakers every morning I believe they have Church Services.

If you're a pentecostal, feel free to PM me!

If anyone wants to go to some GREAT, fun church festivals this Summer...there are two that I really recommend.

The 1st is the All Saints Catholic Church Festival which runs the 3rd weekend in July...Friday 6p-11p and Saturday 5p-11p. The ethnic food (Polish) is amazing, there is live entertainment, gambling, kids rides, etc. It's 1 hour WEST of CP off the Turnpike....628 Lime City Rd. Rossford OH 43460.

The 2nd is the Halupki Festival at the Holy Assumption Orthodox Church in Marblehead, the 3rd weekend in August- Saturday 5-9p and Sunday 11a-5p. The ethnic food (Russian /Eastern European) is delicious, and they also have gambling, live entertainment, kids rides, historical church tours, a GREAT bake sale with Russian pastries, etc. Marblehead is located 25 minutes WEST of CP off of Rte 2 (off exit St Rte 269).

I think they still will. We are planning on going there over Memorial Day Weekend.
