Same here. That is the problem with a regional park picking a chain. What may be a well known franchise to a certain area is not known at all be other areas.
I tend to stay away from chains if I am at a park, especially one that I do not get to very often. I want to experience the park food. I can go to a TGIF or Subway or Johny Rockets outside of the park on any given night. Why not find something unique or special at the park?
How many parks have chains? I can't think of any at Holiday World, Dollywood, Silver Dollar City, Kennywood. Seems likemany of the parks that a lot of people love because of their charm have their own food offerings.
Stay away from food chains as much as you can. You can find some of the best food at local restaurants.
I'd ditch the Fridays for BSpot in a second. Friday's food sucks and the menu is way too big for a restaurant that does the volume that they do.
A Quaker Steak and Lube would work well there too.
It's passable, from my few times eating there.
The path you tread is narrow, and the drop is sheer and very high.

I'm not sure about the others. But, Dollywood has a chilli stand from a local chain in the park. I forget what it was called. But it was good. IIRC it is near the beginning of Craftsmen Valley.

Lease out the previous chicken building to Jack In The Box. But hold up on the "Jack Juice" the use - for my order.
Mac D's! Even though it will never happen, it would be so nice to be able to buy from a dollar menu while at the park..
Hell, the one just outside cedar point removes items from its dollar menu when the season starts, and that's not even IN the park.

I think Quaker Steak would fit perfectly in the park. There's one right by me and I go to it all the time. It has great food and would fit right into CP's atmosphere. But would it be too similar to Game Day?

Cedar Fair owns all resturants inside and outside of the park. For instance, they own the DQ too.

^^ And yet, another instance of not thinking before posting.

Well, in his defense, nobody knows everything. The whole "think before you post" logic is kind of flawed when faced with limited knowledge on a subject or you have been misinformed. Now, if you're talking out your arse, then that's a different subject. That being said, I'm not even 100% sure I'm right on the subject. It was just an educated assessment that Cedar Fair owns the buildings and property but not the actual businesses there.

I'm mainly just playing. I'm curious if CF owns the land MD's is on. As far a talking "out your arse", there's quite a few people on here that are like that. That's why I generally don't post very often, especially if I know nothing on the subject.
