someone had already posted a lengthy message about Chet & Matt's, but I couldn't find it.

Anywho,..ate the Pizza Buffet around 6:30pm on Thursday night with an old CP co worker.

The service was surprisingly great, which is not the norm...really dedicated & engaging. I was obsessed with the macaroni and cheese pizza- amazing. Also enjoyed the Ranch Pizza which was like 3 peppers and cream cheese. Really great! Also liked the garlic parmesan chicken wings.

Only disappointment was that the salad bar was very poor and sub-par. The toppings did NOT look fresh and there wasn't much of a selection to choose from. Less than standard. It could stand drastic improvements.

After we ate the salad, we both felt nauseous. Of course, it could've been the two plates of pizza and chicken wings we had too. LOL!

Overall, aside from the salad bar..the buffet itself was really delicious and the service was unusually exceptional.

Macaroni and Cheese pizza?! I have got to try this. You just gave me a reason to eat there when I go to CP..not to mention all of the food for a good price. lol.

We had a mini Screamster takeover of their lunch buffet on Saturday. It was delicious as always.

Yes, as a local I can tell you cheat and matt's is the bet kept secret in Sandusky! I love their pizza/ breakfast lunch buffet on Sundays after church. The guys who run the place really know customer service.
