Checking into housing tomorrow.

I've been reading a few posts about being able to check into housing 24 hours before you process in, but I just read on a letter I got from CP that you can check into housing 24 hours before your first day of work. Which is it? My first day of work is May 3rd, but I process in on May 2nd, will I be able to check into housing tomorrow, or do I check in when I process in.

Thanks, I didn't want to get there tomorrow and get a nasty surprise. So I just go to the employee housing office at cp and get that worked out, right?

just show them your contract and id at the front gate of commons ... then go into the store and talk to the person at the counter.

Lots of people do this every year, they're used to it.

Oh, it's at commons, ok. That makes it easier on me. If I wanna hold a spot for my roomie that's processing in Sunday too, all I have to do is tell them right?
