Check in hours for housing + transportation qns

Hi all, can anyone advice the hours that employee housing is open for people to do check in? i've emailed CP but its been a month and no replies as yet. My friends and I will reach CP around 9-10pm the day before i process in.

also, the cheapest transport i've gotten for transfer from Cleveland Airport to CP is 80usd for 4 of us, is this the norm or can i find better rates (i did email a few and gotten quotes ranging from 80-200+)? we have around 8 big trolley luggage so normal sedan cars would not fit us.
(we're not considering rental cars, last greyhound has left for the day and amtrak leaves only 3+am.. Airport hotel will be our last resort)

Also, anyone knows if we can rent a iron or is it cheap to buy one at Walmart?

you cannot process into housing until you have a CP id. If you get there the night before you process in, you will have to get a hotel room.

oh no.. i saw Jessca's comment "Yes. It is true. You can process into housing the day before. You should probably notify your manager so they can notify housing, just so you don't run into any problems." under topic "What time process in" and thought we might have chance to do so. thanks anyway!

You ARE able to process into housing the night before if you get to Cedar Point after HR closes.

Thanks for your help! Im on a program called work&travel USA and remember seeing somewhere that students should check in housing if they arrive after HR closes and process in the next day. I just dont know how updated this info is and if i need to arrive by a certain timing.
