I know I am not getting a burger and fries for $5 lol, But I was wondering where I could find the best deal! I went to Johny Rockets one year and spent like $30 on 2 burgers, 1 fry and 1 drink! That's crazy! lol. Also I forgot, how much are the lockers for the day?
If you're a platinum pass holder, you can get a burger, fries and drink at Coasters for the price of just the burger (around $7 I think). Even if you're not a pass holder, Coasters might be your best bet, as I believe they are cheaper than Johnny Rockets.
I believe a small all day locker at the front gate is $12. Not sure what the larger ones cost. The new electronic lockers you can find around the park were $1/hour for a small and $2/hour for the larger ones as of last weekend.

Pack a cooler and have lunch in one of the picnic areas. Save your money for the funnel cake later in the day.
GO IRISH!!
I have heard people mention the cooler thing. I know that is the cheapest way to go, bur that's not something I am gonna do. I wanna experience the great park food that I only get once a year, without breaking the bank lol. Coasters is probably the way I will go. My goal is to eat those VERY fattening Fries with garlic or w.e, my chocolate covered banana!, A burger, dip n dots and maybe an elephant ear or doughnut! I swear I am not fat! I am actually losing 5 pounds for the trip! HAHA.
I will most def. be getting a locker, I would like to buy and win stuff and I am not gonna be one of those crazy people carrying around a 5 foot hello kitty, a beach towel and tons of candles! lol.
Any good suggestions on food outside of the park my husband and I can dine at together on a date?
The only pizza place in Sandusky you need to know is Chet and Matt's. I recommend either the lunch or dinner buffet so you can sample all their awesome pizzas.

I believe the dinner buffet was somewhere between $9-10 per person, but it's been about a year since I've had that. The lunch buffet is a little cheaper, I think around $7 per person. The only real difference is the dinner buffet also includes wings, and they do have some tasty wings. Both buffets include a drink, pizza and salad bar.

I personally like Game Day Grill. The sit down style restaurants in some cases tend to be the cheapest and have better quality.
Chet and Matt's is good, Cameo is amazing as well and is closer to the park.....
2015 Cedar Point Visits = 93
Don't forget that on the Cedar Point website they offer meal deals as well. Although i would go with the cooler too, its cheaper and you dont have to worry about things being cooked a certain way (Ex: a well done buger thats still red) You can eat as much as you want when you pack your own stuff too and not be limited to just the buger and fries and might still be hungry.
If we're going for an entire day, we usually have one meal in the park, and pack a cooler for the other. 20 bucks at Meijer buys a lot of fried chicken, beans, salad and Pepsi for the cooler.
I know the cooler is the cheapest way but I am going to enjoy the park food, I really don't feel like leaving the park to eat a soggy sandwich lol. But thanks for the suggestions.
