Chances of getting hired?

Hey guys! I applied about a week ago for a couple different positions at CP.
I am really leaning towards ride host. What are the chances of getting hired, and getting the position I want? When will I know if I got the job? I am still waiting for an e-mail or a call. I have been checking my email every single day although it says it will be about 2 weeks till I hear anything.
Oh, any advice for the interview?

In my phone interview, he asked me to relate to him times that I've experienced good customer service, times when I had to deal with difficult customers at a previous employment and how I handled them, give an example of a time when I've worked on a team, what qualities I have that make me good for a position in customer service, how many times I'd been late to work or school, what my pervious employers would say about me if they were to contact them, an achievement of mine that I am proud of, stuff like that.

Thanks for the heads up! :)

I interviewed with a guy named Matt. I had originally scheduled with Karrah(?), but she had to leave early that day so Matt interviewed me instead.

Ashley, just keep checkin on job net to see if your application has been reviewed. They have a lot to do this time of year along with hiring for the new season. Just be patient and I'm sure you will hear from them soon! GOOD LUCK!

And Brooke, Matt ( or as we call him OZ) is the manager of rides for the entire park, Karrah is the assistant manager of the entire park as well as the manager of Area 2, our area! The best area in the park by far if you ask me!

He seemed like a really cool guy over the phone. He suffered me to drag on about the principles of marching band and told me a few stories about his similar experiences in ROTC.

Why do you call him OZ?

Two days from now it will be two weeks ago that I submitted my application. I am really excited and have a good feeling about this!!!

His last name is Ozoskey so everyone just calls him Oz, when he calls the ride when you go down he even says "hey it's Oz, whata ya got?" lol.

Oz and Karrah are both great to work with, I never really got a chance to work with Steve (Area 3) or Debra (Area 1). But sometimes when one managers off the others will cover there areas, I just never really got the chance to get to really work with them, but everyone i know in area 1 and 3 enjoy working with Steve or Debra.

Considering they get 15,000-20,000 applications in a season for 4,000-5,000 positions, I'm sure it happens.
