Chances of getting hired?

I had my phone interview with Steve Vorhees which I thought went great. I have a face to face interview coming up. I was wondering do they hire you on the spot? and what are the chances of them hiring me? I'm already excited and I don'tg even have the job yet. So I'm gonna be really upset if I don't get it :/

Steve Voorhees is funny and laid back! He hired me for Area 3 Rides during my skype interview which took the place of the in-person interview. If you are invited back for a second interview then your chances are high because they are interested in talking to yoou more. He only asked me a few questions... 1)Tell me about a time when you had a leadershipe role. 2)Tell me about a time when you experienced good/bad customer service and what was the outcome. 3)How would you handle an angry guest. 4)What makes you a good fit and why should we hire you?... They hire several thousands of people each season so if your personable and enthusiastic about getting the job you will do great. He likes to see interviewees SMILE so don't forget to do that lol. Thanks for the help. Steve did my phone interview but hes not doing the in person one. So i hope this person is as cool as him.

Who's doing your in person interview?

He told me he would be in michigan doing interviews so it would someone. But he ended up doing it and i got the job.
