haha... thoughts on both topics:
1. The bugs are quite annoying, but I second the statement that it is nature, and we should just deal with it... although I always feel bad for people who wear glasses or white t-shirts on early evening rides on MF. Perhaps TTD's tower could be converted into a 420 ft bug zapper??
2. CP really should do something about it's nightlife. Sure there is the Dutch, and other places around town, they aren't really meant to handle the CP crowds. They are more for the townies, and CP employees. If CP could do something similar to Universal's CityWalk, I think that would be great... the only question is where??

If you stop by the Coliseum in the late evening just as the sun is setting, and look up over the rotundas, you'll see bats. Sometimes hundreds of them. Bats live everywhere and just because there is a busy amusement park nearby doesn't mean they won't find a place to live or enjoy swooping around at night sucking up millions of insects. Check it out.

I was thinking about the nightlife as well (not the bug eating or bat issue but the "things to do")
I went with a friend in June and we just went to Friday's after the park before going to bed. Not too exciting but it was something besides laying in bed and watching Everybody Loves Raymond.
I am going with my hubby next week and will have a half day to kill the night before going to the park. I was thinking of trying Famous Dave's. Anyone have good/bad experiences there?
Sorry to get a tad off topic. Just looking for things to do, if anyone has any ideas! Hubby has already nixed Starlight tickets, says 2 days at the park is enough HA!

"And let's also not forget--let's not forget, Dude--that keeping wildlife, an amphibious rodent, for uh, domestic, you know, within the city--that isn't legal either. "
You watch Everybody Loves Raymond while at Cedar Point? Huh.
I guess I just don't get some things.

Heee heee, That was a joke.... that's why I said being at Fridays was better than watching Everybody Loves Raymond (as it was a Monday night and I did that instead) Guess I should've been more specific!
