Thats actually not a bad phrase to use for advertising, if it weren't for Katrina.

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.
I would like to see a taller, faster, and maybe even longer version of the cyclone, but at the same time I would want it to have a similar layout and look to the original. My only concern with Gravity Group building it is, they are known for very smooth wooden coasters. A cyclone isn't supposed to be smooth though. There should be a little roughness to it. Not as rough as Mean Streak, but just a little bit. As much as I would love to see a GG woodie come to CP, I think GCI would be a better choice for a new Cyclone.

I'm not sure if they do or not, but if not they could use old photos of the ride to piece together something similar to it. There's some good photos of the ride in Queen of America's Watering Places, and they probably have some in their archives as well. The layout doesn't have to be identical, just similar.
Point Xtreme
Both Mantis and Raptor have good Lateral Gs at the end. Especially on the helix parts of both rides. If Cedar Point could add the Classic Cyclone, I'd love to see a couple new elements thrown in there that have already been used on Hades and the new Voyager. I'd love to see them throw in 90 degree turns a couple times with a long tunnels and maybe even a loop.
I think Cedar Point could build a good layout from GCI that would fit in good with the area where Disaster Transport currently sits now. Maybe throw in a 90 degree turn right along the beach and then somewhere during the course you could have another 90 degree turn in a tunnel. So if you throw in a lot of the original layout along with todays elements you have a Really Awesome coaster. I'd throw in taller Lift Hill though compared to what we saw back in that era.
