Cedar Point......Home to the worst, overpriced food, worst wooden rollercoaster, and most over rated steel coaster.?

^ Mike, but they're charm nuggets!

That sounds like a very disturbing euphemism. ;)

Mean Streak really isn't even that rough. This "poll" is BS.

You can't complain about the food at any park that has Pink's Hot Dogs. ;)

Personally I think coasters has the best food in the park, but they also have the most overpriced menu in the park. Over $6 for just a burger and $7 for a shake, thats crazy.

GO IRISH!!

What's crazier: Finding a price that's "high" but that people are willing to pay...or...pricing food at a lower price when you could be making more on each transaction?

Well, you could probably charge $50 for a lousy cheeseburger combo meal in the park and some people would pay it, simply because they're a captive audience. But a lot of them wouldn't come back.

I would be more than willing to pay exorbitantly high prices for food in the park if I felt the quality was good. And from what I hear, some of CP's offerings have improved substantially in quality. Unfortunately, as Mike alludes to above, I've been burned by nasty food in the park far too many times to give them another chance anytime soon.

I'm perfectly happy enjoying a nice, inexpensive sandwich at my car, or something decent outside the park.

There has to be some kind of limit, and believe me, I think the quality has room for improvement here and there. We're definitely food "packers" when it comes to CP, and just buy little things here and there as we move along...so my perspective is probably not very objective, as we almost never buy a "meal" (in fact I honestly cannot remember sitting down with a meal at CP in the past 20 years).

I always wished they would build some Lake-Erie themed (if that's possible) fish fry stand with fresh fried perch. I know they tinkered with perch sandwiched a couple years back.

I think Pink's is awesome quality and price. Their burgers are higher than most sit down restraunts outside the park and have a similar price. Pinks was the best addition in the park of the past three years IMO.

Let's Get Weird.

We went last weekend .. We brought food and ate in the car BUT we are going back before seasons end, and we were going to get the "fright feast" (is that correct name!?!?) to be able ot eat all you can eat between 5-630 .. But my wife pointed out that for the extra $30 we could eat two times at "Panda Express" each time getting 3 entrees to share with a pop and it will leave us with enough to grab a huge CP snow cone afterwords.. We thought the Panda Express was decent, and $11.50 for 3 entree choices is ot that much more expensive than the mall.. Next time we go we will eat at Panda instead of the all-you-can eat junk CP food.. And that way we can eat anytime instead of forcing us to eat between a certain time, which might cause an issue especially if your not hungry.. If your not hungry you are out of luck cause they only give you an hour and half to eat. Going to Panda is less money and it can be had ALL day and when your actually hungry instead of only an hour and a half time given when compairing to the all-you-can eat..

Is it clean? Do you feel safe on the rides, walking around, and parking? Are most of the rides and attractions operating? That's where CP and Disney are in good company with one another.

Would love to see CP take advantage of its location and open something like Put-in-Bay's Boardwalk or Boathouse Grill restaurants. Would be a nice boost to local fishers too.

Most overrated steel coaster? More than 10 seasons with no major modifications needed, still smooth and reliable and thrilling - not too shabby.

Just say no to trims

You know I was going to say the same thing, but I was worried somebody would quote me and tell me that I'm crazy even though I'm entitled to my opinion. :)

^^ I agree with you Shawn, but some people that post here can't respect the fact that everybody has their own opinion whether they agree with you or not *rolls eyes*. Quite frankly, I don't care what those people think about Cedar Point and what it has to offer. Most of the time, they are the ones who have never been to CP and think their home park is the best place on earth

^Amazing, I was thinking the same thing about people that visit this site that have only been to CP.

^^ As much as that is true and how much I agree with you, keep in mind that this is a cedar point fan site so opinions are very biased

sounds like a bunch of cedar point haters to me

Imagine that, comming from someone on a pro cedarpoint website. :;)

what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
