Cedar Point Songs?

Hey,

OK, I know this is a ridiculous post, but does anyone have or know of song(s) about Cedar Point, or that have the same name as one of the rides...etc..etc.? I just saw lyrics to some song by Houk called Come On, Get On that has a whole CP theme (maybe was for a commercial at one point?). I'm going on a road trip with friends from Montreal and I thought it would be funny to have something with the theme of the trip.

That song brings back memories... Hearing that play every hour or so on the midway... It gets hammered into your head...

That's true, I'm actually looking for something I can burn on a CD for the trip, but I appreciate that you took the time to reply anyway SDSKnights. Thanks for the help everyone...I'm going to look for that Houk song tonight, but I'm not expecting much luck. The closest I could find to songs with related lyrics were Millenium by Robbie Williams and something about Raptors in the Woods by the Olsen Twins...both of which I will not be adding to the trip playlist. ;)

I think the Millennium Force music will be the closest thing you'll find to the actual park music. Let us know if you do find anything though!

That song alone seems to be the midway song I hear the most...

I heard a song while waiting in line for Raptor from the "DJ"
went like "Snoopy hang on" or something like that and then in the middle of the song he turned the music down and 3 guys in line new the song and yelled out "O-H-I-O!"

Anyeone know the name of the song?

That's funny about Snoopy. I guess it would be easy to make that mistake.

Well, the original is "Hang on Sloopy," but in regards to Cedar Point's advertising campaign this year, it is "Ride on Snoopy."
