Are any of them open off season? Maybe it's a silly question, but my wife has been getting text messages from the one that used to be the Sports Bar.
THank you,
Allan B
Bay Harbor, being outside of the park and not attached to Hotel Breakers, is open during the off-season. If you're referring to Chickie's and Pete's, that's a chain that's based out of Philadelphia. They do not close down the chain when Cedar Point is closed so they still need to advertise.

I should clarify that I was saying that the Chickie's and Pete's chain was advertising because there are other locations open. You won't be able to enter the park until May..

Thank you again, if only it was open.
I've heard Bay Harbor is busiest in the off season, and the locals make good use of it when they wouldn't go near in the summer. I've also heard its widely known as some of the best seafood on Lake Erie.
I haven't eaten there in a number of years now but we used to go for dinner at least one night as part of a long stay at the Point. It was always delicious.
A quick google search shows Bay Harbor hours are 5-9 Wednesday thru Saturday. The Lounge opens those days at four.
Google reviews show 3.something average, but one woman gave it 1 star because it was at an amusement park with roller coasters nearby. And that's a problem, how?
Not sure how she got in the restaurant without noticing the amusement park, and if it was that off-putting, why did they eat there?
Bay Harbor is a bit of a splurge, but definitely worth it. I've never been disappointed with the food or the service.
And having Blue Streak for dessert doesn't hurt either :-)
Sounds like it's strictly a dinner restaurant. We have been there once some years ago, and I do remember that it's quite pricey. Thanks again.
Allan
Am I the only one who finds Bay Harbor to be "meh?" I still can't let go that they served my kid spoiled milk a few years ago (which he promptly threw up).

Jeff,it's not that I am lusting for their food. I am ashamed to admit being such a CP groupie that I would just love to see it during the off season. And since I would be there, have dinner near the lake. Maybe it's a sign of approaching senility, I don't know...

I think if I were to have dinner there off season, I might accidentally make a wrong turn out of the parking lot and end up "lost" on the perimeter road for a bit...

Wouldn't I have to take the perimiter road to get to the restaurant?

Your not the only one, I have tried the restaurant a few times. I am always disappointed by something during the season or off-season the fact that it is on point is the only reason I occasionally eat there.
The road is closed off where you turn into the Bay Harbor/Marina parking lot after the full time staff leaves the park for the day.
There are also several signs that say "Official bussiness beyond this point only" and a set of security cameras. :)

They close the road just past where the marina parking enterance is at, there was a security booth there at one point. You take perimerter road to the marina and turn left. I have personally gone past that point during the off season in the past in the spring, last time was a long time ago when they were building Dragster. Parked in the breakers lot and entered the park through the open gate near the Mangnum Bathroom. I was challanged by a CP police officer and construction worker, both were cool and let me take some pictures. I would be highly unlikely to try it again.
