CEDAR POINT RECORD HOLDERS?

Hello! I was just wondering if anybody also had any records that they know of on rides at Cedar Point. If you do, feel free to post a reply with it.

Last summer I rode the body slides (#5, 6, and 7) 46 times in a row without stopping, no line. Which is no big deal, except there are 104 steps you have to climb. It was tiring. The lifeguards told me that they had never seen anything like that, and were quite amused. I was not intending to set any records, but was having fun, and like I said there were no lines.

There was a guy on Magnum last year who claimed to have ridden it over 5,000 times but he seemed a little crazy and I don't think he was even capable of counting that high...

I knew an employee last year who rode the blue streak over 600 times last season alone.

I rode Millennium 767 times last year and visited the park110 times....I a few people who rode it more than me, one over 5,000 times.

I won at bank a ball 9 times in one day and considering each of the three stations has a "2 win per day" limit youre only suppose to be able to win 6 at most in a day. While I'm sure people have won at the game more, I have a blistering success rate, something like 75%, that I'd put up against anyone. I just dont have room for 500 stuffed animals.

Pretty sure 143 in a day would be the record for any coaster at the park! Good thing that WT crew was amazing last season!! ;)

I have one to the best of my knowledge. Pennsylvania Raptor record at 1999 laps....and that is just since 2006, my first visit. Opening day will be lap 2000! If someone on here from PA has me beat, let me know lol

When I worked on the power tower, we referred to people who rode coasters nonstop as "power riders", though that might have just been the term applied to power tower. We only got one power rider in the amount of time I worked on that ride, and he never kept count. He is a regular at CP and we called him the Power Tower Power Rider. Whenever he did ride it, he would ride it about 6 or 7 times because there was never a line for it. Over the course of time I worked on that ride (at least 2 weeks) he must have ridden it over 50 times. But nobody else even came close.
If I were to try to break a record for a coaster, I think Power Tower would be a fun one (even though in all technicality it is not a coaster), because it's a solid ride, you can choose which tower, (space shot or turbo drop) you get a lovely view no matter where you sit, and there are 99% of the time NO LINES.

In 09 I rode Dragster 48 times in a day.There was a day last season I rode Dragster alot but never kept count and wish I did probably close to 48 or maybe a few more.

Same for me, but I ended up with 134, or 135 ( I may have missed a lap). Still though that is nothing compared to Jason :)

I think I may hold the record for most pool opens by a non lifeguard in a single season.

I probably hold the record for the longest amount of time chasing after a seagull with a broom on a Cedar Point midway.

For that matter, I also probably hold the record for the most bird attacks.

80 Ripcord flights in one season, although I know at least one person had more the year prior. Also, second longest continuous Skyscraper ride.

Anything under 200 Rip Cord flights in one season is not impressive to me ;)

I was wondering if anyone would bring it up. 142 rides on Gemini in 10 hours. Only got up once to move from one train to the other when the park opened.
