Why can't you be normal and create web pages and type papers with Word

There is nothing normal about creating web pages in Word. In fact, thinking about it actually disturbs me.

Natalie,

I was born and raised on Notepad, and now I'm using Home Site which is text based and Dreamweaver (which is the only WYSIWYG editor I'll touch) makes for a good combo.  You should give it a whirl.

Contest will be scored sometime late this evening.  I was going to send my scoring file to myself and do it at lunchtime today, but was having problems with the home PC before I left the house.  Fixed the problems, but didn't have time to log on at that point.

As a side note, I also use only notepad for my website.  Call me old-fashioned.  Or just old.

Arachnophilia does the job quite well actually, got customizable toolbars which is what really sold me on it. Never type a structure tag again!

I use a slightly souped-up text editor, CuteHTML, for my web work. Except for Flash stuff... I use Flash 5.0 for that

Of course.. it's in my blood. I've been doing HTML since before WYSIWYG editors even really exisited for it.

LoL hey VorTeX, sounds like my stuff... Except for the (crappy) flash stuff on my site, everything is cuteHTML. I could just use notepad, but eh whatever.

The only time I touch a WYSIWYG editor is setting up tables... tables can be b**tches!
