For each of the items below, your objective is to give an answer which is both correct and will be duplicated by as few other people as possible. The lowest score wins with a perfect score being 10 (1 per answer). Specific rules and regulations follow the 10 questions below.
1) Name any ride at Cedar Point that is blue as its primary color. A "ride" is generally accepted as an attraction where the guest moves in some fashion (CP Cinema would NOT be considered a "ride"). "Primary color" refers to the color that is more dominant than any other single color.
2) Give the name of any element on Raptor. Examples of elements (on Magnum) would be "pretzel turn", "camel hop", etc., NOT specific parts of the coaster (chain lift, lap bar).
3) Name a property on the peninsula where a guest was able to make a reservation to spend an overnight period in the year 2001.
4) Give a name of any item that may be rented from the stand on the beach outside of the Hotel Breakers.
5) Name any Cedar Fair park.
6) Give the name of any ride between the main entrance and an imaginary line drawn between the Oceana Gate (2001) and the Marina Gate.
7) Name any dark ride/funhouse that currently or once operated at Cedar Point.
8) Give the name of any "Peanuts" character that appeared in "Campground Capers".
9) Name anything inside the park during the 2001 season that has a corporate sponsor (and name what is sponsored).
10) Give the name of any place inside the park gates where you can purchase beer.
If your answer to a question is correct, then your score is the number of people who gave that answer or an answer I consider equivalent. If wrong, or if you skip the question, you get a high score equal to the total number of entrants as a penalty. The scores on the different questions are ADDED to produce a final score.
As an example of the scoring, say I'd asked for a color on the American flag. 19 people say blue, 5 say red, 3 skip the question, 2 say pink, and one
answers white.
The 19 people who answered blue are correct and score 19 each for that question.
The 5 people who answered red are correct and score 5 each for that question.
The 3 people who skipped the question score 30 each for that question.
The 2 people who answered pink are wrong and also score 30 each for that
question.
The person who answered white is correct and scores 1, the best possible score, for that question.
As moderator, I will be the sole judge of what answers are correct, and whether two answers are to be considered the same.
For my convenience please do not quote this message when responding via e-mail.
Your message should preferably consist of just the 10 answers, numbered 1 to 10, along with any explanations required, and your GTTP screen name.
IMPORTANT - There are no "trick" questions. Questions are not intended to be hard to understand, and normally no clarifications will be given during the contest. Only the first answer you submit counts; no changes are allowed after submitting an entry, nor alternate answers within an entry. If you provide any explanatory remarks along with your answers, you are responsible for making it sufficiently clear that they are not part of the answers.
Once a day or so, I will post an update of the number of entries. This game will end at 12:00 noon, Wednesday, December 5.

I'll let you know this evening. It's possible that the web-based mail server that I check from work doesn't pick up all the mail for whatever reason. Will update this later this evening and let you know.

Natalie, I did not ask when the contest was going to end. I would have hoped you understood the difference between the end of the contest and the deliberation of scores.
In this (as in past contests) I have a sheet that I keep continuously updated with each entry for easy scoring. Once all entries are in, scoring is pretty quick. Typically I can do the full scoring in less than 30 minutes, but often I don't find that 30 minutes until I get home from work.
So the sure answer to the question is "sometime Wednesday evening", although there is some chance that they could be done shortly after lunch.
