Cedar Point Group Interviews

So how many out there have been in a group interview for them before and if so what is like? I heard from a friend that it was different for them this year.

This is something different that I have not had to do. In 2015 I had a phone interview, followed by a Skype interview, then for 2016 it was just a phone interview. So I'm no help when it comes to this.

2015 - Ride Host: Shoot the Rapids 2016 - Team Leader: Ripcord/Challenge Golf 2017 - Supervisor: Thunder Canyon 2018 - Supervisor: Camp Snoopy 2019 - Supervisor: Power Tower

My brothers girlfriend told me they aren't the best because she said group interviews don't ask questions that matter, but just a way to weed out people. She even brought up that she had at least 4 of them and only 1 of 4 actually offered the job so idk.

So I guess the advice is to be as outspoken and cheerful you can possibly be. Make sure they know you.
