Cedar Point coasters valleying?

That was X-Coaster which is because it has a lift that forms a C shape and it got stuck at the top due to a power outage. Also it did appear on David Letterman's show and he did a Top ten sayings people were saying as the were stuck.

Which is why I will rue the day that Cedar Point gets a flyer. You hear that? I will RUE the day.

I believe there was a Q&A sometime in the last couple of years where the question of a flyer was brought up, and the response was that they had no intention of installing one.

Getting stuck upside down isn't possible unless something major goes wrong with a wheel chassis...

I would think that it would still be possible, however unlikely, for a train to get stuck upside-down without having a wheel problem.

^ For the same reason it's possible, however unlikely, for a train to get stuck on the top hat of TTD. Momentum, wind, train weight, etc... all play a factor in trains getting stuck in places they shouldn't.

So these things only happen every once in a while and when they do they are freak accidents.
