I was just hired in Food Services, my department is Corral. I just want to know exactly what that is and what my job will entail so I won't be blind sided when I get there.
I believe, although not 100 percent certain, that " corral" refers to the employee food service stockade area in frintiertown. It is behind the fence near the jitney arcade and Lusty Lil's saloon or whatever they are calling that this week. This is where employees in the back of the park go for meals and breaks. It's a shady but busy outdoor eating fast food stand. You will probably be dealing with employee rather than guests though but you may find that to be a positive or negative.

Which may include fast food service duties at any of the windows in that little stretch. Pizza, corn dogs, Walking Taco, etc. maybe even Burger Patio. They're all in that same building between the Blue Streak midway and Cedar Downs.
