Is there a good place to spend Sunday overnight, on 9/9 in our RV after a full and potentially tiring weekend at CP? A nearby nice hotel would be the second option, so suggestions on a good hotel would be appreciated as well.
There is a KOA about a mile from the park. I believe there are at least 2 other campgrounds within a 15-20 minute drive.

I would second the koa and also recommend East Harbor State Park, about 15-20 minutes from the Point.
