This is the 8th time I have been to Cedar Point and this was easily the best experience I've had at the park. I don't know if it was the addtion of Maverick, Sky Hawk, and Max Air that made it that much better, but my guess would have to be MAVERICK!!! Best ride at the park hands down!!! Sorry Millennium Force, but you have bumped down to #2... Anyway we didn't have that great of a time Saturday 10/4/08 because it was so freaking crowded... My friends and I should have bought the $400 VIP ticket that day I suppose. But the next day, Sunday 10/5/08, is the best time I have had at Cedar Point since I have been going... The longest line I waited in was Maverick because some idiot didn't secure he awful looking perscription glasses that he probably got at Wal-Mart and caused an hour delay... Then someone decides to have drugs on them in the line, gets arrested and causes even more of a problem... By the way I was laughing at what was going on the the entire time while my friends and I couldn't keep our eyes off of Holly who works on the Maverick crew!!! She was hot!!! She made my friend put his brand new pair of Oakley's in the box and they got scratched, but we obviously forgave her...
My friends have never been to the park before and now they understand why I drive 9 HOURS to this park because it is the best park in the enitre world!!! And to top off the trip, my friends and I got to ride TTD, in the dark 5 times, in a row without getting off the ride and running all the way around to get back in line!!! How did we accomplish this?!?! It's very eay... tell them you are from Richmond, VA and you are driving 9 HOURS to go home that night and they will feel very sorry for you!!! P.S. Did I mention we got to experience a roll-back on TTD... hahaha beginners luck I gesss!!!
I was there friday and sunday got a rollback both days. Sunday at 3:15 got stuck on millennium force for half hour at the bottom of the lift hill.
2007 trips=39..08 trips=47..09 trips=79
maverick rides=143
dragster rollbacks=27
Congrats on your rollback! My family and I drive 12 hours from Cape Cod, Massachusetts almost every summer. My brother drives all the way from Cali...

Actually, the real reason you probably got 5 re-rides is because they can give re-rides if there is no one in line if it's cold out, because they can't send empty trains or it either won't come back or rollback. Trains must have enough weight to make it back, and if I remember correctly it was chilly out Sunday night.
